Did You Know? Studies Show Controlling Sugar is Key to Longer Life

High blood pressure has risen by 11% in the past decade contributing to 100 million people in the U.S. who now suffer from hypertension and a lower life expectancy.  It’s all preventable!

Recent research out of Canada showed that when sugar was eliminated in the diet,the high blood pressure of 77% of people in the study returned to normal in just 90 days.  Subjects were asked to remove processed foods, sugar beverages and desserts.  In just 3 months they normalized blood sugar levels and regulated their hormone functions.

We love our sugar…but imagine if you had the power to reduce strokes, heart attacks or aneurysms by reducing your sugar without medication!  Now that’s common sense healthcare.
