Testosterone Follows Lifestyle

How many of you saw this FOX News article about “testosterone-disrupting foods”?
Since a few people sent it to me, here’s my two cents. Bottom line, if you’re chronically underslept, highly stressed, living on ultra-processed food, drinking regularly, or swinging between restriction and overdoing it, your testosterone is going to be affected. And it won’t be alone.
Those same patterns disrupt dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, insulin signaling, and your stress hormones. That’s when motivation drops, mood shifts, recovery slows, and testosterone gets blamed for a system-wide problem. The solution isn’t cutting out one food. It’s fixing the foundation. Sleep consistently. Reduce metabolic stress. Eat real, minimally processed food. Stop living in extremes.
