Remember a few weeks ago when we talked about the FDA potentially adding black box warnings to COVID vaccines? The FDA has now decided not to go that route. And the million dollar question is…why?

Instead of reacting emotionally or brushing it off entirely, we wanted to walk through why people are asking questions in the first place, what the data actually shows, and why the absence of a warning doesn’t automatically mean the conversation is over. This isn’t about fear or conspiracy.

It’s about understanding how decisions get made, why skepticism exists when numbers reach historic levels, and why informed consent still matters even when an official warning isn’t issued. Healthcare is rarely black and white. Thoughtful discussion, curiosity, and critical thinking still belong in the room.
