A strong immune system has been trending since March of 2020, as the virus rolled into mainstream America. We knew little about it, to learn meant we needed time, a time where we were all left not knowing what to do.
What we did know, is what’s worked before on virus’ throughout time. Social distancing, quarantine, hand washing, and sanitizing we adopted early and have also gone mainstream. All over the news were press conferences, politicians, and a few doctors weighing in. I heard very little about how to support our own immune function. It’s the star of our show, and we didn’t seem to be paying attention.
