You begin by observing the tongue in the morning. It should be pinkish-red and without blemishes or a coating.

Take a photo. This is the best way to prove to yourself later on your mind is not playing tricks on you.

For two to three days, consume nothing but fruits and water ,or for you die hard consume water only.

Remember to chew your food. This cannot be stressed enough. Chewing begins proper digestion and one should chew each bite around 25 times.

At the end of 2-3 days, re-examine the tongue. If it is coated and thick with a noticeable film that is okay. You are merely observing the body and the entire digestive tract attempting to rid itself of toxicity.

Apply the necessary health changes to improve your current situation. These could be dietary, exercise, rest, or just talking to a freind. The goal is to remove the stress and watch the body heal.

Repeat monthly until the tongue shares the same appearance on day one as it does on day three. Pinkish-red and no coating.

It is important to remember you are never too old or too young to improve your health.
